From Source To Material Form

A work may begin with a photograph, a landscape, a found textile, or a material carrying its own history. These sources are studied, translated, and allowed to take new form through the hand.

Embroidery, beadwork, silver, pearl, dye, and reconstruction enter as material decisions rather than decoration. The finished work becomes part of a longer record.

The Practice Is Recorded As It Continues.

Works are held through different forms of record: what has been made, how it was made, and what happens once it leaves the studio.
